Business Intelligence (Bi) Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team and work at the intersection of data quality, analytics, and business insights. In this role, you will leverage advanced testing methodologies, SQL expertise, and data storytelling to deliver insights to stakeholders and ensure the integrity of gameplay and business data.
You will be responsible for creating and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor data quality, designing dashboards to verify data accuracy, and providing actionable feedback based on your analysis.
ResponsibilitiesUtilize advanced testing methodologies, SQL knowledge, and a deep understanding of the data paradigm to answer business questions from stakeholders, and tell the story that the data indicates.Implement KPIs to validate and report on data quality.Adhere to department Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) within project management and test-related tools.Create dashboards and processes to verify the accuracy of gameplay and business data.Develop, maintain, and support business and data gameplay queries and reports.Provide summarized research results; design feedback and suggestions based on observation, research, and expertise back to stakeholders.RequirementsKnowledge of DBMS and data analytics/presentation tools such as Google Cloud, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle.4+ years of experience working with Tableau.Expert with SQL or other structured query languages.Ability to work with different data formats, e.g., Text, CSV, JSON, and data ETL/ELT concepts, processes, and tools.Adaptable and quick learner that enjoys tackling a large variety of problems.PlusesExpertise with Python.White box testing experience.
