About the job As a Regional Business Intelligence Analyst, your role is to provide accurate market data, detailed analysis, and actionable insights that support decision-making across the SOCOPAC region. You will collaborate closely with regional Performance Analytics and Marketing team to ensure they have the necessary tools and information to execute business strategies effectively. Main responsibilities: Market Trend Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and present market trends using IQVIA data or other available market information. Business Insights: Collaborate with Business Intelligence Lead, regional brand and innovation team to provide data insights that support strategic decisions. Ad-Hoc Reports: Provide reports and insights in response to specific business needs or questions. Process Support: Provide support to key company processes like Brand Plans, T1, T2, IBP, and Business Performance Reviews, ensuring accurate market data is available. Report Consolidation: Update and consolidate regional reports for EULA and Global teams. Data Visualization: Create clear, easy-to-understand reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI. Budget activities support: Assist with purchase orders, invoice tracking, and collaborate with the finance and procurement teams by tracking spending against the allocated budget and ensuring financial compliance across the region of services with external vendors like IQVIA and Nielsen. Automation & Business Intelligence tools: Support development and maintenance of BI tools to enhance data reporting and analysis while seeking automated reporting systems to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Database Management: Maintain and manage databases to ensure the organization has reliable and up-to-date information. Documentation: Keep business intelligence organized records of processes, reports, and activities for easy reference. About you Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field, preferably in pharmaceutical or consumer goods industries. Experience working across multi-country regions is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think strategically. Agile mindset, adaptable to fast-paced environments. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to create simple yet impactful presentations and visualizations. Enthusiasm for data analysis and visualization. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI (PowerQuery, Power Pivot). Familiarity with programming languages like DAX and Python is a plus.
