About this opportunity As a Business Innovation and Services Specialist, you will be responsible for activating and scaling the share of Align products within external associations. You will play a key role in customer delight and lead generation by responding to their requests across multiple channels and through the implementation of new business models. In this position you will work with... Understand market opportunities to bring ideas and design innovative programs to support the go-to-market of Align portfolio. Design partnerships with innovative companies, to enhance customer experience and conversion. Collaborate with internal and external teams, to build innovative solutions to our organization and our customers. Participate in special projects and/or training when requested. Development of commercial actions (in-person and virtual events), focused on activating and maintaining companies in the Align Partnership Program. Develop and maintain positive relationships with all levels of partner companies, including Employees, HR Manager, Benefits area and strategic people for the business. Interact with the sales team in the transmission of relevant information that generates growth in the business of companies/institutions/clients that are part of Partnership programs. Participate in events and commercial meetings in person with the objective of identifying opportunities for growth in the use of Partnership Programs. Identify growth opportunities based on data analysis and results by sales region and present this data to the direct leader. Establish and maintain a close relationship with the sales force to implement growth and activation strategies in Partnerships. Monitor customer satisfaction reports and based on them propose suggestions for improvement. Interface with internal areas, participating in meetings and constructions when appropriate, ensuring the administrative processes necessary for customer service and implementation needs of the most varied projects/partnerships developed in the area. In this role, you will… Be willing to learn or have prior clinical, dental or orthodontic knowledge. Be comfortable conducting business face-to-face by phone and email. Desire to acquire Commercial and Customer Relationship knowledge. Be proficient in the Salesforce system and Align internal systems. Have excellent oral and written communication skills. Be able to balance a strong ability to nurture accounts with the desire to seek out opportunities. Have strong multitasking skills as well as problem-solving skills. Have the ability and comfort to discuss business (ROI, margins, marketing) and ask the right business questions. Demonstrate strong working knowledge of the Microsoft product suite. Be proficient in English. Be experienced in creating action plans. Work with tight budgets and deadlines, as well as project management and teamwork skills. In this role, you'll need … Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar degree. 4-6 years of experience in a B2B environment, sales, customer service or project management, payment systems or service innovation.
