As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate qualified prospects as well as create strong and ongoing relationships with them to meet sales quotas.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: 1.
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research and various prospecting tools.
Utilize social media, email, phone calls, and other channels to reach out to prospects.
Create personalized video messages to introduce our products/services and engage prospects.

Qualifying Leads: Conduct initial outreach to understand the prospect's needs and determine their fit with our solutions.
Maintain a detailed understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
Use a consultative approach to qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.

Pipeline Management: Track all activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
Act as the initial point of contact for prospects, providing a positive and professional first impression.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.

Minimum requirements: Studies: A High School Degree is required .
A Bachelor's degree is not required but is a plus, desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Finances, Logistics or any other career-related.
Experience: At least 6 months of experience in sales, cold calling, lead generation or related.
Language: Advanced English skills.
B2+ Perks: Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
We work by the American calendar.
Contract: Indefinite term contract.
