Requirements We are a growing recruitment company launching a new spin-off brand, and we're looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-evolving organization with potential for growth and advancement.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the BDR will focus on generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation Key Responsibilities: Outbound Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients via research, cold calls, emails, and social media, targeting businesses that need recruitment solutions.
Customize Email Sequences: Develop and manage personalized email sequences to engage and nurture prospects.
Schedule Meetings: Set up calls and meetings between qualified leads and the senior sales team or CEO.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their hiring needs and identifying if they're a good fit for our recruitment services.
CRM Management: Track all prospect activities and communications in our CRM (Hubspot), ensuring data accuracy.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the CEO, sales, and marketing teams to align outreach efforts and maximize success.
Market Research: Identify new industry verticals and potential clients that fit our ideal customer profile.
Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly goals for leads, scheduled meetings, and opportunities created Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in recruitment or a B2B environment).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers.
Experience using CRM systems like Zoho or Hubspot.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing time effectively.
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Based in Medellin, Colombia, with the ability to work remotely.
Growth Opportunities: This role offers the potential to grow within the organization as we expand, with opportunities to take on greater responsibilities in sales, account management, or operations.
Commission Structure: Monthly performance bonuses based on meeting or exceeding lead generation and meeting targets.
Monthly Salary Range:  $1,200 - $1,800 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
