Position: Business Development Representative - Latam Location: Remote (PST Timezone) Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7AM to 3PM PST Role Overview: Join our dynamic sales team as a Business Development Representative (BDR), where you will play a crucial role in accelerating our company's growth through proactive lead management and sales support.

Job Responsibilities: Quote Management: Create and adjust quotes to meet client needs and respond to specific inquiries.
Lead Generation: Engage in both cold and warm lead generation through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
CRM Management: Perform regular data entry, generate and send reports, and maintain accurate client records using Zoho CRM.
ERP Tasks: Add new customers, update pricing, manage price lists, and send sales numbers using NetSuite.
Sales Documentation: Manage and send sales orders, invoices, and other relevant sales documents.
Order Management: Monitor and update on the status of orders to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all preparatory actions are taken to facilitate successful discussions.
Required Skills and Experience: Software Proficiency: Experience with NetSuite, Outlook, Zoho CRM, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Excel.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective lead generation and client interaction.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain attention to detail.
Proactivity: Demonstrated ability to initiate and drive activities to completion with minimal guidance.
Nice-to-Haves: Lead Generation: Experience with cold calling and using cold emailing platforms such as LemList or MailShake.
Sales Drive: A proven track record of generating leads and closing sales, particularly in a B2B environment.
