Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you should be enthusiastic about learning the fundamentals of sales and generating qualified leads for our sales teams.

In this position will continue your sales education, learn how to prospect for the different selling departments at Park Place Technologies, and gain more insight into all of the products and services we offer our prospective and existing customers.

After successfully completing at least 3 months in the Business Development Representative (BDR) role you will be eligible to apply for open sales position within Park Place Technologies that you qualify for.

What you'll be doing :

- Refining your knowledge of Park Place Technologies,
our portfolio of offerings and how to articulate our value proposition to prospective and current customers.
- Leveraging prospecting techniques such as cold calling, emails, calendar invites, and social media to generate qualified leads and schedule discover calls for members of our different sales teams.
- Utilizing our sales engagement tools, our customer relationship management system, internal resources, as well as other tools for identifying and engaging prospects and customers.
- Building targeted prospecting lists, crafting outbound messaging, identifying influencers and key decision makers, and discovering opportunities for Park Place Technology earn new and additional business.
- Continue to receive recurring training regarding product and service offerings, technology, sales skills, and mock prospect and customer engagements to hone your understanding of our business, discover qualified selling opportunities and how to become a successful quota bearing sales representative should you choose that path.

- Building relationships with and gaining a better understanding of how different parts of the organization work together to support both internal and external customers.
- Continuing to develop strong organizational skills and managing your daily active to achieve and exceed defined performance metrics.
- Gaining experience working with all selling units within Park Place Technologies by engaging their specific prospects and existing customers.
- Other duties and activities as assigned.

What we're looking for :

Successful completion of the 3-month Sales Development Associate Training Program.

Bachelor's degree required.
