Job Brief: This role is a client-facing business development position where you will be expected to call potential clients to get Carnegie Oceanic signed up as a vendor. Carnegie Oceanic is already a vendor with a number of major firms. You will be responsible for second-level calling, where an existing client or potential client has already had an initial outreach and has requested a second meeting with our technical team. Your daily responsibilities will include identifying and researching potential ship management companies/clients, calling their vendor management departments, and requesting meetings to have Carnegie Oceanic become an approved vendor of spare parts for their vessels. Additionally, you will ensure customer satisfaction by frequently connecting with them over the phone to provide information related to their orders or invoices and updating them on the latest offers we have related to their ships and spares they can leverage. We mainly serve North American and European clients; therefore, fluent, professional-level English is a MUST. Please do not apply if you do not fulfill this requirement.
