What you will do Prospecting and Lead Generation: Innovate and oversee the sales process to attract new clients; Conduct outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities; Self-generate leads by researching potential clients and staying informed about industry developments; Identify and research opportunities in both new and existing markets; Client Relationship Management: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions; Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients; Develop rapport with key decision-makers; Translate proposals into ready-to-sign contracts; Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients; Customize proposals based on each client's specific business needs; Networking and Conferences: Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to expand your network; Represent our company professionally during in-person interactions; Sales Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to kick-off. Must haves Some sales/client facing 1-4 years of professional experience (can also include HR, Recruiting or other external/internal client facing experience); Great charisma, personable and strong negotiation skills; Extremely self-motivated, high energy with excellent communication skills in English; Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities; Manage a monthly/yearly quota of revenue generation (mix of self-generated leads/prospecting and existing account growth); VISA/ability to travel to the US. Nice to haves Familiarity with CRM tools, like Zoho, for maintaining client activities; Some experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software or digital consultancy industry; Some understanding of overall landscape required to engage customers and close sales in the US; Experience selling professional services in IT, understanding of technical terminology, platforms and tools; Experience developing SelfGen processes, strategy and training. #J-18808-Ljbffr
