Position: Business Development Manager Responsibilities: Client Leadership: Serve as the primary representative of ARRISE for clients within the iGaming sector, cultivating and maintaining strong senior management relationships. Strategic Consultation: Understand and align with clients' business strategies to effectively support and monetize opportunities. Define and address customer requirements through a consultative approach. Product Expertise: Act as a knowledgeable advocate for both current and future ARRISE offerings. Communicate and demonstrate our solutions with confidence and enthusiasm. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business targets through research, existing relationships, targeted outreach, or formal introductions. Guide prospects through the sales cycle to conversion. Sales Pipeline Management: Create and manage a dynamic sales pipeline in collaboration with the Head of Business Development. Coordinate with internal teams to drive lead conversion and customer acquisition. Commercial Strategy: Develop and propose profitable commercial arrangements tailored to business needs and customer requirements. Reporting: Provide regular updates on customer progress and sales pipeline status to the business. Industry Representation: Represent ARRISE at trade shows, events, and conferences. Conduct product demonstrations both remotely and in-person, and develop initiatives to secure new business. Market Expansion: Drive market growth in various jurisdictions. Advise on product offerings, marketing strategies, and regulatory changes. Requirements: Experience: 3-5 years in iGaming and sales, with a background in either online B2B sales/account management or a commercial B2C role. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Financial Acumen: Strong focus on numbers and financial performance. Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively for the benefit of the business. Network: Extensive network of C-level contacts in the European gaming or gambling sector. Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of casino/slots and live casino products, including relevant legislation. Sales Strategy: Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies on a regional or global scale.
