The Business Development team is in charge of growing company revenue and profit through strategic planning and building relationships with our partner facilities (clients). Your responsibilities include:- Strategic Planning and Execution: Analyze game revenue and profit and make strategic decisions in the team on where to expand games.- Collaborate with senior management to align business development efforts with overall company goals.- Analyze data to assess the correct growth strategies and provide recommendations to the executive team.- Relationship management: Build relationships with our partner facilities, identify and solve potential issues, and communicate effectively with the facility manager.- Scheduling: Communicating and negotiating schedules with facility partners and booking the right game times.- Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.We're looking for:- Tech and Data Savvy:Comfortable with technology, mobile apps, and analyzing data on Google Sheets.- Problem Solver: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to providing outstanding customer service.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
