We are helping WiCom Networks find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Business Development Manager. Compensation: COP 3.5M - 12M/month. + Commissions (~COP 20M/month) Location: Hybrid (Calle 106 #53-39, Bogotá, Colombia). What makes you a strong candidate: You are expert in IT management, sales management consulting, and team leadership. You are proficient in computer networking, cybersecurity, global connectivity solutions, and virtualization. Spanish – Fully fluent. English – conversational. Responsibilities: Overseeing day-to-day operations. Developing business strategies. Managing projects. Ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Project Management skills. Financial Acumen and Budgeting proficiency. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills. Experience in Sales and Client Relationship Management. Proficiency in Data Analysis and Reporting. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) industry trends. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Experience in Commercial Leadership: Over 5 years leading teams in the Information Technology and Communications sector. Deep Technical Knowledge: Experience in virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, and global connectivity solutions. Proactive Team Management: Skilled in motivating and optimizing the performance of the sales team, fostering a dynamic and results-oriented environment. Results-Oriented: Committed to achieving ambitious goals and ensuring the sustainable growth of the company. Salary: Salary range varies between COP $3,500,000 and COP $12,000,000, based on goals achievement: COP $3,500,000 - COP $4,700,000 for achieving commercial team goals. COP $4,700,000 - COP $12,000,000 for achieving individual goals. Quarterly commission payments of up to 2.2% of invoiced amounts before VAT.
