We are looking for a proactive Business Development Leader with a strong technical and commercial background to guide our expansion and positioning strategy in the U.S. market. This individual will be key in developing business opportunities while consolidating strong relationships with Manufacturer Representatives, Electrical Distributors, EPC firms, and Contractors. Responsibilities: Design and implement commercial strategies for market entry and consolidation in the U.S. Provide training in English to sales and engineering teams, ensuring a deep understanding of our products. Establish and strengthen relationships with potential clients, generating opportunities through active prospecting. Evaluate the market and competition to identify growth areas and emerging trends. Define and execute tactics for the introduction of new products. Manage the sales cycle from client identification to deal closure. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of commercial objectives. Must have the willingness to travel as needed. Requirements: Education: Preferably a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electronic Engineering, or related fields. An MBA or specialization in areas such as management, marketing, sales, or international trade is a plus. Experience: At least 3 years in technical sales, ideally in the electrical sector or related industries. Languages: Proficient in English, with the ability to engage in technical and commercial conversations. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to self-manage and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Critical and strategic thinking, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proven commercial skills in negotiation and market analysis. Proficiency in digital tools, artificial intelligence, and social media (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, etc.). Leadership skills with a strong orientation towards results and customer service. Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and market penetration plans is highly desirable.
