Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead the growth of our new Extenteam product, Shared Services (Tailwind), within the hospitality and short-term rental industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving the sales process to successful closure.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify and target new business opportunities within the hospitality and short-term rental industry through high levels of outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential gaps in the market.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Present Extenteam products and services to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements that align with company objectives.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Provide ongoing feedback from clients to enhance the services provided by Extenteam.
Brand Building & Networking: Represent Extenteam at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Build a strong personal and company brand within the industry by networking and participating in relevant business activities.

Requirements Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within outsourcing, staffing, or technology-driven services.
Strong understanding of the hospitality or short-term rental industry is a plus.
Skills: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth.
Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools (preferably HubSpot).
Strong presentation skills and ability to influence decision-makers.
Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
This role is performance-based with a minimum of 75 email outreaches per day, with the goal of securing 4 meetings per day with prospects.
Ability to manage the full sales cycle from outreach to deal closure.
Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
