As the Business Development Director Peru, you will be part of the LatAm Directors level in the company. Your focus will be on increasing our market share in Peru. You will report to the General Director of LatAm and will work closely with the Latam Directors team (Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Finance).

Be the go-to person on the ground in Peru creating opportunities, keeping up with media, and establishing contacts for the benefit of operation.Manage the relationship with our local business partners and internal stakeholders at the Interactive business (Product, IT, Marketing, Operations).Initiate and establish new business partnerships for the benefit of the company.Co-develop marketing strategies based on market, user research and data insights, operations, PR, and business intelligence teams to improve business results.Activate the brand in different media outlets, events, or potential sponsorships.Co-create campaigns to reach business goals and influence players behavior.Co-build business-centric dashboards with deep managerial insights into key levels of the business.Provide insights and recommendations on all parts of the business as needed.The ideal candidate has: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Data Management, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, a related field or equivalent with strong aptitude and relevant experience.A data-driven mindset: Feeling comfortable working with data, reporting, market research with a strong focus on marketing and/or ecommerce in the consumer product spaceA minimum of 5 years' experience in the LatAm online gaming market. Prior experience in the Peruvian gaming market is preferred.Living in Peru or willing to relocate. Possibility to become the legal representative of our Peruvian company.Previous experience in both marketing and operations, ideally, within a start-up environment.Experience of working within an international environment, including working with a parent company (or similar) that's based outside Peru.Excellent communication, presentation, and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects with several people inside, and external to the organisation.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience in cross-functional team leadership.Experience leading teams is ideal.Experience working in an international context is a plus.Deep knowledge of a variety of data sources, including customer, transaction, marketing, and digital.The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a timely manner.Ability to work in a wide variety of areas with a great deal of ownership and responsibilitiesExcellent communication skills: verbal, written, visual, and presentation.Fluent in Spanish and English (written & spoken)Compensation & Benefits • Competitive compensation package (based on experience)
