Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a Business Developer based in our Medellín office to grow the Colombian market to help us achieve our goal of being the largest and most trusted au pair program in the world.
As a Business Developer you will identify and build new business opportunities with universities, companies, industry associations and academic institutions to generate more partnerships to drive new leads and help the business grow.
You will also be expected to organize events and lead our referral loyalty program for adults.
You will be asked to reach weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets and other predefined KPIs.Basic qualifications and more details about the role:A Bachelor´s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or International Affairs.Preferable but not mandatory: having studied/worked/lived abroad.Full proficiency in Spanish and English both written and spoken2 to 3 years marketing and/or sales experience.Preferable but not mandatory: Experience in event planning and executionYou are great at:Opening new doors and finding business opportunities.Self-expression and communications skills in every environment.Negotiating / Listening / Identifying win-win solutions / and having an entrepreneurial spirit.Meeting goals and working under pressure.Being organized and fulfilling acquired commitments with partners/customers.Your core responsibilities are to:Identify potential partners to work with.Generate leads and cold call prospective customers/businesses.Meet with customers/clients face to face, zoom or over the phone.Create and execute in a timely manner an activity plan, by participating in events that increase customers' interest and boost sales.
