Main Activities: Perform direct commercial attention with the dealer network in Colombia, being the main point of contact for issues related to the product and service provided. Manage negotiations related to the activation of specific products, ensuring compliance with commercial goals and objectives. Develop sales and activation strategies, customizing them according to the needs of each dealership and the local market context. Provide ongoing consulting to dealers, offering ideas, training and support to maximize sales performance and promote product loyalty. Monitor and analyze dealer sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending strategic actions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure dealers have the necessary support for successful activations. Participate in relevant meetings, events and trainings, representing the company and maintaining strong relationships with dealers. Prepare detailed reports on business activities, dealer performance and negotiation results. Develop and execute training programs for network sales teams, ensuring they understand and are able to effectively communicate the benefits of services. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to drive subscription of services through the dealerships. Coordinate and participate in events, either at dealerships or auto shows to promote services and conduct live product demonstrations. Requirements: Professional in business administration, engineering and other related fields with experience in account management and/or previous commercial work in the automotive sector. Knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc). Ensure compliance with work and project schedules. Focused on results. Willingness to move between dealerships in your region. Desirable: English level (B2-C1). Experience in the automotive sector. Key Skills: Person focused on customer service and marketing benefits. High level of interpersonal relationship for account management with senior levels of the company, dealers and others involved in the service. Able to handle uncertainty or ambiguity. Ability to assertively communicate your ideas and also to analyze and present information clearly. Analytical, proactive and efficient reasoning. Strong influencing, negotiation and collaboration skills, with variety and adaptability of style.
