gpstrategies.com. Main Activities : 1. Perform direct commercialattention with the dealer network in Colombia, being the main pointof contact for issues related to the product and service provided.
2. Manage negotiations related to the activation of specificproducts, ensuring compliance with commercial goals and objectives.
3. Develop sales and activation strategies, customizing themaccording to the needs of each dealership and the local marketcontext.
4. Provide ongoing consulting to dealers, offering ideas,training and support to maximize sales performance and promoteproduct loyalty.
5. Monitor and analyze dealer sales performance,identifying opportunities for improvement and recommendingstrategic actions.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensuredealers have the necessary support for successful activations. 7.Participate in relevant meetings, events and trainings,representing the company and maintaining strong relationships withdealers.
8. Prepare detailed reports on business activities, dealerperformance and negotiation results. 9.
Develop and executetraining programs for network sales teams, ensuring they understandand are able to effectively communicate the benefits of services.
10. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to developstrategies to drive subscription of services through thedealerships.
11. Coordinate and participate in events, either atdealerships or auto shows to promote services and conduct liveproduct demonstrations.
Requirements : 1. Professional in businessadministration, engineering and other related fields withexperience in account management and / or previous commercial work inthe automotive sector.
2. Knowledge of Office tools (Excel,PowerPoint, etc). 3. Ensure compliance with work and projectschedules. 4. Focused on results.
5. Willingness to move betweendealerships in your region. 6. Experience in the automotive sector.Desirable : 1.
English level (B2-C1).
2. Experience in theautomotive sector. Key Skills : 1. Person focused on customerservice and marketing benefits. 2. High level of interpersonalrelationship for account management with senior levels of thecompany, dealers and others involved in the service.
3. Able tohandle uncertainty or ambiguity. 4. Ability to assertivelycommunicate your ideas and also to analyze and present informationclearly.
5. Analytical, proactive and efficient reasoning. 6.Strong influencing, negotiation and collaboration skills, withvariety and adaptability of style.
