We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our team. This role involves working closely with Business Units to understand and implement system improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering: Obtain, collect, and define business requirements. Request Review: Review client and stakeholder requests, prioritizing them based on business value, feasibility, and alignment with strategic goals. Estimations: Provide quick and accurate estimates of time and resources needed to complete requests. Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, managing their expectations and feedback throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams for in-depth analysis of requirements, scope, risks, and dependencies. Specification Translation: Translate business requirements into functional specifications, system designs, and detailed test plans. Workflow Documentation: Identify, define, and document new business process workflows using industry-standard analysis approaches. Post-Production Support: Develop and deliver post-production support documentation, end-user training, and support materials. Coordination: Collaborate with other IT members to ensure coordination of efforts, timelines, priorities, and impact on assigned projects. Data-Driven Reporting: Create and generate reports to provide data-based recommendations to executives and stakeholders, ensuring informed decision-making for efficient operations. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software development environment. Experience in process mapping is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Proficiency with software tools like Jira, Confluence, or Visio. Fluent English communication skills (90% proficiency or higher) required. What We Offer: Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. Position: 100% on-site in Medellín at MURANO - Calle 40 Sur 41-44.
