Buscamos Marketing Manager

Position Details: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive demand for our products and services.
Shift: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday Location: Main cities in Colombia Duties & Responsibilities: Execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Oversee brand management for consistency across all channels.
Lead digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing).
Develop and implement innovative event marketing strategies.
Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns.
Track and analyze key marketing metrics.
Manage the marketing budget effectively.
Desired Experience: 3+ years in marketing, preferably in events or business services.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
Experience with HubSpot CRM is desirable.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English.
Experience using AI (copywriting & image generation) preferred.
Working Environment: This is a fully remote position for a highly motivated individual with a passion for marketing.
