Position: Customer Success Manager/Customer Account Manager Location: Remote (Colombia) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships. Data analysis skills and experience with Google Analytics and social media ads. Professional Background: 4-5 years in digital marketing, preferably in an agency. Proven track record with multiple client accounts. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Digital Marketing certification preferred.
