The Position: We are looking for a highly skilled, certified Six Sigma professional to join our team as a Business Process and Special Projects Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing business processes, overseeing special projects, and maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and quality throughout our operations. You will also be responsible for auditing processes, documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), and developing onboarding and training programs. Key Responsibilities: Business Process Optimization: Analyze, review, and streamline business processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Apply Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate inefficiencies. Continuously monitor and improve processes for operational excellence. Special Projects Management: Lead and manage one-time special projects assigned by senior leadership. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Process Auditing: Conduct regular audits to ensure processes are being followed as designed. Identify non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions with relevant teams. Report audit findings and recommendations to senior management. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Documentation: Work with department heads and team members to document clear and concise SOPs. Ensure SOPs are accessible and regularly updated to reflect process changes. Business Workflow Documentation: Create and maintain detailed diagrams and documentation of all business workflows. Ensure workflows are up-to-date, followed, and well-understood by all teams. Metrics Reporting: Develop and maintain daily and weekly metrics reporting systems. Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Present findings to senior management and propose actionable recommendations. Onboarding and Training: Collaborate with department heads to develop comprehensive onboarding and training programs. Ensure new hires are effectively trained to meet job requirements. Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and best practices. Qualifications: Must be 100% fluent in both English and Spanish Must have US passport and be willing to travel as needed (25%) Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or higher) is required. Demonstrated experience in business process improvement and project management. 2-3 years of experience in an auditor role Must have strong project management skills Must be proficient and up to date with new technology Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, high level of initiative, proven proactive thinker. Handle confidential materials with utmost discretion, integrity and diplomacy. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in process mapping, documentation tools, and metrics reporting. Experience in data analysis.
