Job Description: The Brokerage Admin Assistant III is responsible for understanding, classifying, and processing documentation based on import brokerage customs regulations. He/She will perform proper tariff classification and ensure the right import taxes are charged. An understanding of individual customer priorities and requirements is critical to ensure a smooth workflow process. This position performs general office duties that may include data entry, distributing emails, auditing documents, and a basic understanding and use of office tools in general. Qualifications: English Level 85% - Required Excel Intermediate – Required Brokerage experience - Preferred Studies in International Business or related fields – Preferred Ability to work in a highly measured, fast-paced, production environment. Grade: 7 Location: Remote – (Located in Medellin Metropolitan Area) Schedule: Monday to Friday 6 AM to 3:30 PM Monday to Friday 7 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday 2:30 PM to 12 AM Employee Type: Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
