Join the team as Twilio's next Brand Producer! Although we're headquartered in San Francisco, we have presence throughout South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. We're on a journey to becoming a global company that actively opposes racism and all forms of oppression and bias. At Twilio, we support diversity, equity & inclusion wherever we do business. About the job The Brand Producer 4 role will be responsible for project managing various creative and video projects at one time and working directly with stakeholders and vendors. This person must be able to meet tight deadlines, work well under pressure, be very organized and have strong communication skills. The Brand team creates meaningful moments for current and future customers, showing the importance of human connection in a noisy digital world. Our dispersed, global team builds our brand through elevated content with engaging, high quality design. We set a creative and aspirational global standard for all Twilions. Responsibilities In this role, you'll: Track, quantify, and document the Brand team's workload and performance. Maintain documentation of all project requests, publish meeting notes and scrub data daily to make sure projects stay on track and all stakeholders are informed. Master the processes that enable us to triage inbound requests, define scope, set timelines, assign resourcing, and execute requirements like a well-oiled machine. Knowing the fundamental process is key, so that in turn, you can adjust and evolve based on shifting priorities in the extremely fast-paced environment of the Brand team. The Brand Producer is the first to jump in to fill gaps as needed, pivot plans and teams with great flexibility in the face of unforeseen volatility, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude throughout. Manage our digital asset management tool. Weekly maintenance in Bynder will include tagging approved assets, archiving outdated assets, updating news management, and managing users. Always be ready to take on challenges and handle all task sizes. As a Brand Producer, there is no task too small for our attention, and no challenge too daunting to take on. As the single point of contact between stakeholders, vendors, and the team, you must be adept at reading others' point of view, removing blockers, and mitigating risks that may jeopardize our collective success. All the while, you will help foster collaborative relationships across internal Marketing and external stakeholders to ensure all deliverables represent the caliber of work Twilio can be proud of. Interact extensively across all functional teams and project stakeholders within Twilio. Represent the Brand team well, and guide stakeholders on how to accurately represent the Twilio brand. Work with our procurement and legal teams to onboard new vendors, process contracts, and get POs issued. Straight forward communication style with no false promises or excuses. Qualifications Not all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. Twilio values diverse experiences in other industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. While having "desired" qualifications make for a strong candidate, we encourage applicants with alternative experiences to also apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table! Required: 3+ years experience in a Producer / Project Management role spanning a large digital presence. Strong analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to coordinate production operations and negotiate competing priorities against aggressive timelines without compromising quality or cost. Proactively and creatively solve issues as they arise. Manage communication and track procurement/resourcing of third party vendors and contractors that collaborate with Creative and Marketing Teams. Proven track record working with teams across multiple departments (cross-functional groups a plus). Leadership capabilities to advise on resource planning, and enforce project standards. Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal skills. Clearly able to communicate project plans, status, issues, risks, and requirements to relevant audiences. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. 3+ years of experience in project management, specifically in the design field/working with brand teams.
