About The Role As Brand Manager reporting to the Senior Brand Manager for our Toothpaste category in the Andean Region, you will ground divisional brand strategies into brand plans (or marketing activities) customized to the region's needs, to achieve financial (P&L – Profit & Loss) and marketing (SOM - Serviceable Obtainable Market) objectives established for the brand/category.
What You Will Do Communicate brand strategy and provide support to Andina´s BDMs to generate solutions at a country/region level.Track consumer and competitor responses and market performance by reviewing sales, market share, pricing, and distribution, and in some cases, request consumer research.Supervise market trends and competitor activities to find opportunities and key issues based on consumer needs and habits.Propose plans, build, and follow up on marketing activities to close gaps at each Retail Environment, ensuring consistency with strategy, in coordination with Retail Marketing, framed on an agreed timing, taking into consideration resources and limitations.Review implementation of price strategy and address pricing opportunities vs competitors (by country) to improve profitability.Lead Demand Planning and SKU portfolio optimization.Build and ensure implementation of the Media Strategy by country.Keep track of performance to assess against goals and provide awareness to the team.What You Need (Required Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.At least 3 years in Marketing or Retail Marketing.Teamwork and collaboration skills.Project management experience.Nielsen Advisor Knowledge.Intermediate-advanced English Level
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
