Youll be responsible for leading the regional consumer demand across the Pacific region (South America excluding Brazil & Venezuela) with a multicultural & multifunctional approach.
Recommend and execute marketing actions aiming to bring to life brands long-term strategy across all key markets.
This hybrid role is located in Bogotá with the expectation to be in the office 2 days per week / 3 days at home office subject to change.
Based on your performance, youll have the opportunity to grow in your role.
Plus, on the days youre in the office, no matter which office youll be at, there will be a free snack to enjoy the brands were all so proud to represent.A Taste of What Youll Be DoingManage Key Regional Projects: Support the implementation of GFpricing, packaging, trade merchandising, advertising, and promotion strategies.
Execute marketing initiatives in support of long-term strategies and the delivery of brands profit, volume and market share objectives.
Drive the Transformation of the Business in the Pacific Region: Lead regional strategic projects covering the E2E process since the conception of the idea, its development, launch and tracking across all region markets (8 countries).
Assist in the Identification and Development of Business Building Ideas: Work with other business unit team members to execute the plans that meet investment criteria.
Monitor and Analyze Sales Volumes: Analyze market share trends and competitive activity.Were Looking for Someone With+3 years of business experience either in Sales, Marketing and other Business Administration related areasExperience in project management (desirable experience in innovation projects)Desired Regional experience leading marketing initiatives across international marketsUniversity degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
