This is a remote position.
Scope: 20 hours per week 9 AM to 1 PM Weston, FL Time Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive individual to support our team with bookkeeping, commission tracking, and investor log management while also engaging directly with clients.
This part-time role involves maintaining scorecards, managing Excel sheets, tracking sales data using an enrollment tracker, and following up with declined clients.
The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with clients over the phone and email and working with our special financing department to facilitate solutions.
Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial scorecards and Excel spreadsheets weekly.
Track sales data and commissions using an enrollment tracker and ensure accurate reporting.
Record and manage investor logs with up-to-date data for internal reference and reporting.
Reconcile records to ensure all financial data aligns with current transactions and forecasts.
Proactively contact clients who have been declined, providing support and guidance for next steps.
Coordinate with our special financing department to explore potential options for clients.
Communicate professionally and empatheticaly with clients via phone and email.
Perform audits to identify discrepancies and proactively resolve any inaccuracies.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all financial records and documentation.
Requirements Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable and confident communicating via phone and email.
Experience with client relations or customer support preferred.
Familiarity with sales tracking or enrollment systems is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive client interactions with professionalism and empathy.
