Bookkeeper With Quickbooks - (Us-Based/Remote)

Our client, a US-based firm, is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join their team.
This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing essential bookkeeping services to the clients.
This is a full-time role.
Main Responsibilities: Handle the books for around 8 different companies.
Provide weekly financial reports.
Must have very thorough QuickBooks knowledge.
Must have very good Excel knowledge.
Ideally must have some US tax experience.
Must be very thorough and detail-oriented, able to classify all transactions, generate balance sheet, P&L, and cashflow statements.
Must know accrual accounting and cash-based accounting.
Must be able to collect multiple data points from our systems to generate financial reports.
The payroll system used is Gusto, for approximately 80 US-based individuals.
It needs to overlap about 3-4 hours per weekday with PST Business Hours.
Mondays are the heaviest days for this work.
Requirements: Previous experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients.
Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
Excellent English skills.
