This is a remote position.
Work schedule: Full-time; 40 hours per week Monday to Friday Flexible working hours within 6:00am to 7:00pm, (6:00 PM to 7:00 AM PHT)Brooklyn, NY, USA, Eastern Time; 8 hours per day Responsibilities: Input bank transactions and debit transactions into Sage 50 accounting software Consolidate deposit entries, paying attention to transfers from savings accounts Reconcile accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial records Handle bookkeeping entries remotely with high attention to detail Work full-time (40 hours per week) within Eastern Time Zone business hours Scope: Manage daily bookkeeping tasks for an accounting firm Handle financial transactions and reconciliations Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Adapt to potential future changes in accounting software Collaborate remotely with an accounting team Requirements Proficiency in accounting software, Sage 50 is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to minimize errors Proficiency in data entry and financial record-keeping Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS wired) Benefits Independent Contractor Perks HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job
