Bookkeeper - Quickbooks Expert (Zr_17218_Job)

This is a remote position.
Full-time (40 hours a week) Mon - Fri 10 AM- 7 PM (MST) includes 1h unpaid break.
Responsibilities: Manage and process invoices, ensuring accuracy before uploading them into the payment system Coordinate financial operations between different business units and joint venture partners Maintain and update QuickBooks records for various projects and entities Create and manage cash flow projections and forward-facing account ledgers Reconcile accounts and review monthly P&L statements Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks including AP, AR, and payroll Track and organize financial documentation for multiple projects and business entities Support the creation and maintenance of financial checklists and processes Requirements: Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong Excel skills Experience with cash flow projections and financial planning Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience in the entertainment or event industry preferred Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting Requirements Permanent Work from Home Immediate Hiring Steady Freelance Job HMO on qualified locations ZR_17218_JOB
