Bookkeeper - Quickbooks Expert And Knowledge In Excel/Google Docs And Qb(Zr_18521_Job)

This is a remote position.
Work Schedule : Mon - Fri 10 AM- 7 PM Utah Time includes 1h unpaid break.
Responsibilities : Manage and process invoices, ensuring accuracy before uploading them into the payment systemCoordinate financial operations between different business units and joint venture partnersMaintain and update QuickBooks records for various projects and entitiesCreate and manage cash flow projections and forward-facing account ledgersReconcile accounts and review monthly P&L statementsAssist with basic bookkeeping tasks including AP, AR, and payrollTrack and organize financial documentation for multiple projects and business entitiesSupport the creation and maintenance of financial checklists and processesRequirements : Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong Excel skillsExperience with cash flow projections and financial planningAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience in the entertainment or event industry preferredUnderstanding of basic accounting principles and financial reportingKnowledge of using Excel / Google Docs and QB.APPLICANTS MUST TAKE THE EXCEL TEST.
