Bookkeeper/CFO: Role can grow into full time roll as growth occurs.
Position Title:Bookkeeper Reports To: CEO/Owner Work schedule: Flexible hours during Apache Junction, AZ business hours Bookkeeping Duties 1.
Reconcile Books: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of all company accounts, including bank, credit card, and loan accounts.

Update Financials: Maintain and update the company's financial records, ensuring compliance and accuracy at all times.
3.
Audit: Conduct periodic audits of financial transactions and records to ensure integrity and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Prepare Payroll: Gather, validate, and prepare payroll data for processing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5.
AR Production & Management: Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
Financial Tracking and Reporting 6.
Track Company Sales Records: Maintain detailed records of company sales, providing regular updates to leadership.
7.
Track Commissions and Payroll Spreadsheets: Monitor, calculate, and maintain accurate records of employee commissions and company payroll data.
8.
Track Growth and Revenue: Monitor and report on company revenue and growth metrics, providing insights and identifying trends.
9.
Track Year-Over-Year Growth: Analyze and present year-over-year growth metrics, offering strategic recommendations to leadership.
10.
Track EBITDA Daily: Calculate and monitor daily EBITDA to provide insights into profitability and operational efficiency.
Financial Strategy and Oversight 11.
Prepare and Execute Financial Reports: Develop monthly financial statements and provide actionable recommendations to the CEO and leadership team.
12.
Strategic Oversight: Assist in setting financial strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on sustainable growth and profitability.
Requirements Skills and Qualifications • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience: • Minimum of 3-5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience in financial leadership roles such as CFO or Controller preferred.
• Technical Skills: • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and payroll platforms.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for financial analysis and reporting.
• Soft Skills: • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate financial data to non-financial stakeholders clearly and effectively.
