Job Description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM New York Time with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Scope: Reconcile daily transactions and maintain accurate financial records Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports Assist in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures Support budget preparation and financial forecasting activities Collaborate with management to provide financial insights for decision-making Responsibilities: Check and verify transaction confirmations for accuracy Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets tracking fuel volumes and sales Record and track expenses, maintaining detailed financial records Assist in preparing financial reports and statements Monitor accounts receivable and payable Create and track profit and loss statements Requirements: CPA certification preferred Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software High attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices Experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in the energy or commodities sector APPLICANTS MUST TAKE THE EXCEL TEST: Excel Test Independent Contractor Perks: HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_18578_JOB
