Bookkeeper/Ap Specialist

This is a remote position.
Scope: Flexible schedule - Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM New York time (20 hours per week) Potential to grow into full-time position Opportunity to assist in ERP transition to NetSuite in the future Handling confidential financial information with discretion Responsibilities: Process 20-30 invoices weekly using   Bill   and QuickBooks Online Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable Create new vendor profiles and enter bank information as needed Book invoices to correct accounts based on guidance Assist in monthly closing processes (potential future responsibility) Requirements Experience with   Bill   and QuickBooks Online Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to work independently and follow instructions Excellent communication skills in English Availability to work during Eastern Time business hours Familiarity with NetSuite (preferred but not required) IMPORTANT!!
