This position serves a vital role in ensuring the resilience of GS by leading all Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities, including Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Recovery and Testing strategies.
The incumbent will collaborate with GS Functions and utilize the Fusion system to enhance operational continuity in the face of disruptions.
The role also entails spearheading BCAW awareness campaigns and managing BCP training for employees, ensuring effective tracking and engagement metrics.
Additionally, the position supports initiatives related to GSSO's Taxonomy, Process, Continuous Improvement, Data, and Automation projects, contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities: * Create and Track Budget * Site Partners Management - GS floors only & GS used building amenities (IT, EHS, GHS, FM, Security) * Property Management Company relationship, mtgs, & events * Manage Local External Partnerships & Memberships * Member of CMT * Member of the SLT * Leads Site Business Continuity Management Testing Process: ensures attendance of employees required, executes the testing exercise.
* Reviews Head Count vs LRFP & manages space * Activates GS Network fast -pass execution (less than 20) * Implement GS Network execution of GSOB decision in your Center ( 20) * Arrange and organize the People Leader Summit (Suzhou Only) * Ensure agenda and logistics are executed for GSLT/RLC center visits * Partner with RLC engagement sponsor on any regional events that impact the Center.

* Communicate and interact effectively with team members to broaden your network and develop credibility and trust.
Ensures your direct reports are accountable for delivering in below responsibilities: * GS connection into One JnJ activities (Campus) and/or Country Engagement Activities * Execute Center Newsletter, Korbyt, Viva Engage, Home/Sharepoint, emails/communications for GS only * Manages Training Room Bookings * GS Center Orientation * Handling site operational issues (hard service, soft service and office etiquette) * Monthly GS Floor Inspections with action tracker and follow ups (GSSO, FM, EHS, GHS, IT) * GS Engagement Events at your Center Required Qualifications: * Administers day to day operations to support the strategy of the department.
