We are seeking a Bilingual Talent Sourcer to join our innovative global Talent Acquisition team in Medellín Colombia.

This is a hybrid position, and you are expected to go to our Medellín office at least twice per week.
Job Responsibilities Sourcing Passive Talent : Identifying potential candidates who are not actively looking for a job but may be a good fit for J.S.
Held using various platforms and networks.
Supporting Talent Acquisition Specialists : Collaborating with Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand the requirements for open positions and providing them with a pipeline of qualified passive candidates.
This includes sharing candidate profiles and insights gathered during the sourcing process.
Reviewing Applicants: Regularly accessing our ATS to review new applications.
This involves screening resumes and cover letters to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
The Talent Sourcer will also update candidate statuses, add relevant notes, and will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists to prioritize candidates for further evaluation and interviews.
Conducting Reference Checks : Assisting in the reference check process by contacting references provided by candidates, gathering feedback, and documenting the information for the hiring team.
Scheduling Interviews : Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
This involves managing calendars, sending out interview invitations, and ensuring that all parties are informed and prepared for the interview.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities : Handling and supporting various other tasks as needed, including new hire welcome messages, basic reports, process improvement initiatives and other specific projects including supporting with Talent Acquisition projects, New Hire Welcome and Surveys, participating in team meetings to discuss recruitment strategies and progress.
Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
English skills at an advanced level. A C1 or C2 level is strongly preferred.
We can also consider candidates with a B2 high level.
To be successful in this role, you must display excellent verbal communication and business writing skills in English.
2+ years of successful experience recruiting in a corporate environment with exposure to highly technical and complex positions.
Proven experience and passion for candidate sourcing, as this role will have limited responsibilities performing interviews.
LinkedIn Recruiter knowledge and expertise required.
ATS experience is a plus.
Experience in delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Experience identifying trends, leveraging knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to develop creative and customized sourcing strategies.
Experience in proactively working with stakeholders to build effective candidate pipelines.
Remarkable organizational skills and relentless drive to improve efficiency and a high bar of excellence.
Possess an ability to build strong relationships and thoughtfully.
Strong problem-solving and clear communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications Recruiting for international positions.
Previous working experience in engineering, construction, consulting or advisory firms.
Executive search firm experience.
