Scope : Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Orlando, FL Time Primarily outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling) Handling approximately 10 inbound calls per day Potential for performance-based incentives in the future Part of a global team using collaborative tools like WhatsApp for communication Responsibilities : Promptly handle inbound sales calls and emails, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
Make outbound calls to warm leads who have requested estimates Follow up on sent estimates to answer questions and address concerns Schedule on-site visits for pool cage restoration services Utilize our integrated CRM and call system to manage customer interactions Understand and assess the needs and concerns of potential customers, offering relevant products or services as solutions.
Achieve and surpass sales targets by converting leads into closed-won customers Build and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any post-sales concerns or inquiries.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and encourage repeat business.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales progress, and feedback in the CRM or relevant system.
Collaborate with other members of the sales team, sharing insights, and working together to achieve collective sales goals.
Continuously update oneself with the latest product knowledge, sales techniques, market trends, and competitive insights.
