What are we looking for?
We're seeking a talented Bilingual Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team and play a proactive role in fulfilling an anticipated client need for Discovery services.
This is a pivotal position where you will facilitate sessions with stakeholders and the tech team to define an MVP (minimum viable product/service/solution) for a project.
By establishing a roadmap and milestones, you'll set the stage for successful project or MVP completion.
Responsibilities: Discovery Leadership: Facilitate Discovery sessions with stakeholders and the tech team to define MVPs.
Roadmap Development: Establish roadmaps and milestones for project or MVP completion.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Discovery Team, including a Discovery Lead (Agile), Architect, and UX/UI designer.
Architectural Design: Develop and maintain C4+1 models for architectural representation.
Implement quality attributes in software design.
Use UML effectively to model and communicate architectural concepts.
Design and manage reactive architectures.
Apply architectural principles, patterns, and tactics.
Master and apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
Create and manage clean architectures.
Design and manage microservices.
Develop integration architectures.
Design and implement reference architectures and governance models.
Understand ALM processes and tools.
Cloud Expertise: Apply cloud patterns and industry standards for cloud adoption.
Develop cloud-native applications.
Implement solutions using AWS and/or Azure.
Develop strategies for scaling applications.
Back-End Development: Have a strong foundation in Java, .Net, or Node.js.
Design and develop scalable back-end applications.
Work with relational and non-relational databases.
Integrate and manage messaging brokers.
Front-End Development: Develop client-side applications using Angular, React, or pure JavaScript.
Design micro front-end architectures.
Design front-end reference architectures.
DevOps: Manage DevOps strategies and tools.
Implement DevSecOps practices.
Work with Infrastructure as Code tools.
Implement code management strategies using Git and GitOps.
Manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes).
Optimize and modernize applications and ecosystems.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Proven ability to estimate complex projects.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strategic vision and business understanding.
Experience estimating software development projects.
Effective management of the software development lifecycle.
Experience managing agile development teams.
Previous experience leading or managing technical teams.
At least a B2 level and above in English (both written and spoken).
