Bilingual Senior Technical Writer - 100% English Remote Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will produce high-quality documentation that effectively communicates our innovative products and solutions. Your expertise will help ensure that our users—developers, end-users, and partners—understand and maximize the value of our offerings. Key Responsibilities: Documentation Development: Develop and maintain clear, concise user manuals, API documentation, technical specifications, installation guides and online help resources for our biometric authentication products. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, QA and UX designers to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation. Content Management: Develop, implement and maintain a structured documentation library that meets the needs of our diverse audience, including developers, system administrators, and end-users. Quality Assurance: Review and edit documentation for accuracy, coherence, and adherence to company style guidelines, ensuring content is up to date. User Feedback: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in documentation and enhanced user experience. Comprehension: Gain a deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content. Research: Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in biometric authentication to ensure documentation remains relevant and insightful. Adherence to Best Practices: Revise existing documentation and create new materials following industry best practices in technical writing. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the tech or security industry. A strong understanding of biometric technologies and identity authentication solutions is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., readme, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Confluence). Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
