Job Description Join our team! We seek a talented bilingual receptionist (English-Spanish). This opportunity requires working on-site at our Medellín, Colombia location. Responsibilities: Greet, assist, and/or direct all visitors including customers, newcomers, clients, and vendors to host employees. Ensure that the reception area is kept tidy and clean at all times. Update calendars and schedule meetings. Organize top management visits/meetings. Handle random reservations/bookings. Manage incoming & outgoing correspondence. Oversee recycling management and create an eco-friendly environment. Coordinate office-related taxi services & transfers. Schedule music in reception and canteen (if applicable). Conduct daily security questions and cooperate with security guards. Order front office supplies and maintain stock levels. Maintain the Swiped On system daily. Monitor JIRA tickets and re-assign as necessary. Manage document flow for incoming/outgoing mails & cargo (Post Office, International courier services). Administer Bio Star fingerprint access system, Access Cards, and control of resignation files. Assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and research. Engage in additional projects based on Office Management needs. Perform duties in accordance with standards and procedures established by the company. Comply with internal policies and instructions. Execute job obligations in a proper, high-quality, and timely manner. Ensure compliance and accuracy of the provided information. Timely execution of any other reasonable tasks provided by the Direct Manager. Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves, and other absences, provided that replacement takes place during working time. Ensure full attendance at trainings and workshops necessary for job assignments according to the development plan and requests of the Direct Manager. Care for assigned work resources and items. Carry out activities related to personal safety. Request the manager to provide timely and accurate job assignments and secure necessary resources for execution of job responsibilities. Provide the manager with proposals for work improvement. Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in management, customer service, administration, or any other related field. Fluent English (verbal and written), minimum B2. Ability to accurately fulfill direct management orders and work tasks. Tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information. Multitasking ability with a flexible and adaptable approach to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Ability to work independently and in a team.
