CBRE Colombia is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist Responsibilities: Receives and directs incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail. Receives clients, applicants and visitors, following security procedures. Assists with scheduling and setting up meeting and conference rooms. Coordinates the setup of conference/meeting rooms. Performs general administrative tasks associated with the distribution of faxes, packages and office mail as needed. Uses tracking systems to record incoming and outgoing courier, cargo and mail. Requests office supplies and other commonly used items for the location. Maintains logs of service requests and tracks their status. Supports with weekly, monthly, and official reports.
