Act as the direct liaison with the client, leading service evolution and proposing operational improvements. Ensure project margin and report progress to the unit director. What we need to see from you Profile: Systems Engineering professional or related fields with solid track record in operations and project management for large accounts, specializing in platform management and service desk support. Required skills: Knowledge and experience in leading technological projects using PMI and ITIL methodologies, ensuring objectives and optimizing resources, time, and budget. Experience in the direct management of processes with the client.
