Bilingual Process Analyst

Vacancy Description We are looking for a bilingual professional for the position of Bilingual Process Analyst.

Responsibilities: - Requirements Fulfillment: Ensure efficiency and compliance in processes.
- Process Documentation and Optimization: Analyze, design and document processes to improve efficiency.
- Quick and efficient solutions: Implement improvements that optimize service quality.
- Financial Analysis: Collect and analyze customer information to ensure document compliance.
- Credit Process Consulting: Guide clients through the mortgage process.
- Understanding Needs: Understanding clients' financial goals for personalized service.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with teams in Colombia and the U.S. to achieve credit approval.
- Contribution to Decisions: Provide input in the approval or denial of credit.
Requirements: - English C1 (fluent) - Education: Finances, Business Administration or related career.
- Experience: 2 years in accounts and financial product data management.
- Knowledge: Sales funnels, CRM, credit analysis, advanced management of Encompass.
- Skills: Attention to detail, organization, self-discipline, quick learning and active listening skills.
