We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Analyst with strong English skills and an American visa preferably.
The ideal candidate will support the Operations Director by performing detailed cost analysis, managing budgets and purchasing, handling schedules and email management, and providing crucial insights through KPI analysis for the development of the Director's PAE (Annual Strategic Plan).
The role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to teamwork, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Key Responsibilities: Cost Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and present detailed plant cost analysis reports to the Director, ensuring accuracy and relevance to inform decision-making.
KPI Analysis: Analyze the Director's performance indicators to assist in the construction and execution of the PAE Level 2.
Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on KPI findings.
Budget and Purchasing Control: Oversee budget allocation and purchasing activities to ensure compliance with financial goals and policies.
Email Management: Track, organize, and prioritize incoming and outgoing emails to facilitate the Director's daily workflow.
Agenda Management: Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments while coordinating with other executives and managers as needed.
Performance Indicator Reporting: Prepare and present reports on plant performance indicators to keep the Director informed and support strategic planning.
Communication: Maintain open and continuous communication with managers and other key personnel to ensure alignment on projects and priorities.
Travel Control and Scheduling: Organize and oversee the Director's travel plans, including itineraries and travel arrangements for other team members as needed.
Expense Reporting: Prepare and track the Director's expense reports, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
Qualifications: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Valid American visa preferred.
Experience in executive support, cost analysis, or budget management is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on effective and agile communication.
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
Additional Requirements Experience with cost reporting software and performance indicator analysis tools is a plus.
