We're looking to hire Bilingual New Business Developers to join our team! Responsibilities: Follow up with sales leads, negotiate deals, and support deliveries. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to provide appropriate solutions to customers. Ensure technical needs are met based on customer plans and specifications. Engaging with clients in industry-related conversations, and ultimately converting leads into sales. Promote and sell our products and services by initiating calls with prospective clients, identifying and qualifying potential leads. Desired Characteristics: Proficiency in English and Spanish. Full time availability. 1+ years' experience in client engagement. Ability to multi-task. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills; ability to build rapport with customers. Proficiency in using CRM software, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics. Good organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
