Job Description This is a remote position.
Full-Time, 45 hours per week Monday to Friday - 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm California Time (12 AM - 4 AM and 6 AM - 10 AM PHT) Saturday 8am to 1pm California Time (12 AM - 5 AM PHT) every other Saturday, alternating with the other Virtual Receptionist Timezone: California Responsibilities Responding to incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Taking accurate messages and forwarding them to the relevant personnel in a timely manner.
Managing calendars and scheduling appointments or virtual meetings for team members.
Offering basic information about the organization's products, services, or policies to callers or virtual visitors.
Offering general virtual assistance to employees and clients, such as helping with virtual document sharing or guiding them through virtual tools and platforms.
