We are seeking a highly motivated IT Technician with attention to detail to join our team. The successful candidate will provide IT support for our company's infrastructure and assist our employees both independently and as part of a team. Working closely with management, the IT Technician will support and maintain user account information, including rights, security, systems groups, and licensing. This role will also entail setup, installation, and maintenance of our technical environment. This includes managing operating systems, program software, security, maintaining and refining our IT department processes, creation and updating of documentation, hardware and software system maintenance, upgrades, purchasing, and other related tasks. Responsibilities: · First response for all IT-related issues. · Support desk · Installation, configuration, maintenance, support, and optimization of PCs and peripherals. · Analyze and resolve end-user software and hardware issues in a timely and accurate fashion. · IT setup and administration. · Network configuration and troubleshooting. · IT inventory management and control. · Licensing and user management. · Configuration and management of hardware · Work closely with management to identify pain points and identify and implement solutions. · Assist in maintenance and development of detailed IT process documentation. · Research, recommend, and assist in the implementation of IT solutions. · Assist in the implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Qualifications and Skills: · Highly motivated with attention to detail · Positive and pleasant attitude · Great oral and written communication · Enthusiasm for evaluating and becoming proficient in new technologies, processes, and skills · Strong desire to become an integral part of our amazing team · Demonstrated IT support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills · Excellent organization, time management, and multi-tasking ability Experience and familiarity with relevant technologies: · Microsoft Windows / MS Windows Server · VOIP telephony systems · Office 365 (User, Groups, Mailbox and policy management)· MS Outlook, Word, and Excel · Salesforce · Cloud storage · Adobe Acrobat · MDM Education: Relevant experience and a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
