Understand international recruitment, communicate effectively, and proactively identify top talent in global markets. Requirements: 2+ years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in an offshore or international (US & Canada) setting. Ideal experience in Infrastructure Tech recruiting. Strong understanding of global talent acquisition processes. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like JobDiva. Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience in recruiting for tech roles is preferred.
