Job Description As a Hybrid Sales and Customer Support Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You'll manage inbound sales requests, conduct product demonstrations, and provide top-notch customer support for a range of brewery clients.
With a focus on smaller accounts and subscriptions ranging from $40 to $200 per month, you'll be instrumental in nurturing relationships and expanding the company's market presence.
Responsibilities Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries, qualifying leads and moving them through the sales funnel Conduct engaging online product demonstrations for potential clients, focusing on smaller brewery accounts Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate customer information and efficient sales processes Handle 5-10 weekly support requests, providing timely and effective solutions Triage customer issues, escalating complex problems when necessary Assist in expanding the company's presence in Central and South American markets Collaborate with the team to optimize sales and support processes Manage and renew subscriptions, ensuring high customer retention rates Requirements Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual) to serve diverse international clients Sales experience with B2B preferred SaaS experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly Experience with CRM systems and aptitude for learning new software quickly Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service Basic understanding of SaaS business models and brewery operations (preferred) Ability to seamlessly switch between sales and support tasks Excellent time management and organizational skills Enthusiasm for technology and its application in traditional industries Requirements Sales experience with B2B preferred SaaS experience Benefits incentives
