Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule : Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unapid lunch break
Responsibilities :
- Design high-impact flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and promotional materials for careers, events, and sports programs in both English and Spanish, capturing the energy and spirit of the brand
- Create standout shirt designs, lanyards, and banners that resonate with diverse audiences across all programs (camps, school programs, events, health & wellness)
- Develop engaging digital assets for website and social media that drive interaction and build community
- Conceptualize and execute inspirational campaigns and creative artwork that align with the brand's vision and inspire action
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining a strong visual identity that embodies energy, passion, and inclusivity
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives, bringing fresh and innovative design ideas to the table
Manage multiple, fast-paced design projects using Asana for effective project tracking and workflow management
Adapt and optimize designs for a seamless experience across various print and digital platforms
Leverage feedback from the team via Slack to refine and perfect creative outputs
- Maintain a meticulously organized library of design files for efficient access and future use
- Utilize CANVA for agile design tasks and collaborative team efforts
- Stay ahead of design trends in the sports and educational space, pushing creative boundaries to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the curve
- Conduct detailed quality checks on all materials, ensuring the highest standards before final production and release
Requirements :
Proven track record in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing bold,
motivational campaigns and creative artwork ideally in sports or education
Mastery of design tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Bilingual design capability in English and Spanish
- Exceptional time management skills to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Creativity, precision, and an innate understanding of sports culture to produce designs that resonate
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a remote, diverse team setting
Experience with project management platforms like Asana and communication tools such as Slack
Scope :
Collaborate intensively with the marketing team to translate project needs into creative assets, using Asana for project tracking
- Develop and enhance brand guidelines and templates that set the standard for visual identity
- Adapt designs for both print and digital formats, ensuring they communicate a unified, bold, and inclusive message
- Use SLACK for real-time communication and feedback integration to improve design outputs

- Ensure top-tier quality and consistency in all design outputs before they hit the public eye
